for me, an ideal leader is a person that is willing to listen to his/her member's ideas and he/she is willing to try things she/he never ried before. an ideal leader also has a goal and will be willing to do everything and to sacrifice to reach it.

syempre...may happiest day this week was my birthday. I celebrated it with my highscool friends 2 days earlier. Almost 5 months that we never see each other. So, this day is very special to me and to all of us. We will meet for the first time!!.. we we're all so excited and super ready for chikahan to the max,hahahaha!!!...once we saw each other, we ran and hugged so tight!!! we shouted for joy and exchanged kissess and hugs. We continued the night at green hills. We ate at Grilla and we made all of the time for arcade-"Timezone!!"-we're addicts!!..haha!!.sayang lang, they can't spend the night in our house because they all have their midterm exams on the coming week. But, we promised each other that we will all meet again before the end of this month!!!:) exciting!!!!:D

No bad day this week for me!..haha!:) One thing that's worst is that I didn't make my MP this weekend!..haha! I did nothing this weekend!...naku! and the deadline is on Aug 14 na!!!!!.. I'm so nervous...Hope I could finish it...:( In addition, the reason why I wasn't able to make my MP is because nag "lakwatsa" lang ako whole weekend!!!!hahahaha!!:)

Just yesterday...Leo,Mac,Cheney and I went to Glorietta. haha!:) U-break namin eh!
haha!eh la magawa!..haha! good thing,. pinyagan mag-drive si Mac. Mac drove us to Glorietta. Gutom na kami! So we ate at Chef d' Angelo... haha! we orderd a pizza to share and we ordered our solo pastas. Mine is Chicken al Pesto. haha! yummy!... After that, we felt so full. So to make our feeling not that heavy, we played at timezone! my favorite hang-out! haha!:) leo and I played the dance dance revolution! haha! nakakahiya! may mga nanonood kasi eh!haha..:) napawisan ako din dun ah! haha!:) we also played basketball, daytona, "pokpok"..hahaha!!...high score kami noh!hahaha..galing nmin nh! syempre..it's teamwork!hahha..We also took pictures of ourselves for memories..:) I love it. We had so much fun. We left Glorietta at about 3 pm and or class is 3.40! haha! It's traffic and we're late!...haha!..But still, God is good. We arrived at andrew at about 3.50! and as we approach our room, our professor was just coming in!..haha! sabay lang! yey! we're not late and we super enjoyed!..:)

Lasallian Citizen Watch

In my few weeks of stay in La Salle, one area of concern that affects my life is my lack of sleep every night. Actually, in high school, I really use to sleep late. But now, it's more of-stress. Especially this times, I'm so stressed because of the so many deadlines coming in. For me, a probable solution for this is to start early in making a paper, project or what. I usually start late at night, so surely I end at midnight. haha! I am the one making myself stressed!..haha!:)

As an active citizen in De La Salle, I commit that I would study hard and help those who are in need(in any aspect-studies for example.) And then surely, when many of the Lasallians can do good in academics. De La Salle would be a more ideal school.

Sunday, the day after our camp, is my worst day this week. Because of only one big reason- my body hurts!!!...so much! especially my arms. I an't move it freely!...:( But thank God, As another day passed, the hurt was less than yesterday. :)

Just this saturday, we had our scimatp camp at Earth Haven rizal. It was done to make us be aware of our environment. I really had a very great time there. Even though at first, I was too sad because some of us we're separated from our block in the groupings. I was still thankful, for I gained new friends in the s19 block-our team mates..:) The best activity we did was when we crawl on the mud. Though it was really "eeww!!" hahaha!...I really enjoyed it!!:) I also had the bes time when we did the tarzan thing. I wasn't successful in that activity, I fell down the mud colored river! haha...but though that happened, I'm really happy because some time in my life, I was able to overcome my fears and I had incredible experiences.

an interview :)

I interviewed my sister, Sheila Antonio, an Information technology graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
She is currently working at San Miguel Corporation. According to her, what she loves about her job is that it's easy to handle and it's manageable. But on the other hand, she hate her job also because "when it rains, it pours"- eaning, when something is tasked to her, it's too much and there are no much time give for it. The best thing she learned in college is balancing time because although she had so many activities back then, she was still able to garner a high grade. And lastly, the best advice that she would like to give to us CCS sudents is that if we really like this course, then we should do our best, pursue it, practice, and never give up. For even though it's hard, but if we believe in ourselves-in our capabilities. In the end...surely, we can do it! :)

love...

for me, love has no definite meaning. One thing I believe in is from the book of Paulo Coelho entitled "By The River Piedra I Sat Down And Wept". According to him, "To love is to be in communication with the other and to discover in that other the spark of God". I agree with what he has said. For if we really found that someone, we will see God's miracles in him. Through him, we will know God more and by him, we will love God more and we will also see God's great love for us through that someone whom we offer our TRUE LOVE.

Nothing really happened bad this week but the worst thing I had was when I papa made me eat too much!..haha!...diet ako eh!!:D haha...I really feel very bad when I eat so much..I think i'm so so so fat!hahahha..ble!:b

Last saturday, I got to meet my high school friends again!!..i'm so happy and excited that day or even the days before that. haha!...We met a school, not dlsu but sshs...haha!..St. Stephen's High School!haha..it was so rainy that day, so obviously, it's traffic!haha..:) I arrived there at about 3 in the afternoon and 4p.m. at MOA with my friends. We we're eleven all in all. haha!...3 girls, 9 boys..haha!...we went gaming @ timezone,then we changed our venue to blue wave..we ate dinner there...at icebergs!!haha..:)...I ate sisig!..haha..(anghang nun!),hehe..pero masarap!haha :)
then we played at timezone again , then after that, we went back to the Mall of Asia to play bowling!..haha! that was my first ime to play that sport, but I did great!..joke!...I just did my best and I really really enjoy playing!!...

This day is very tiring yet unforgettable!..."hope to be with you guys again next tym!!! :) :) :)"

bad week pa nga eh!...I feel so heavy!!...I'm not in the mood and i'm super uncomfortable- kahit ano gawin ko!...whaha!..you know why?? because I have!!!....gggrrrr!!!.....hahahaha!!=)

june 24 is my worst day!!!....I got sick. super sick!...my temperature was 40 and above. At first we can't think of why I have that high fever. The doctor injected me something that will make my fever go lower. But still,nothing happened, my fever was still super high so the doctor told me that I should have a blood test the next day because ...Baka daw dengue...=(.... so buti naman nung tuesday..i was able to go back to school na...i'm ok na that day...thank the Lord...!=) but when I was sick...my head aches so much!!!super!! naiyak na nga ako dahil dun!...super sakit eh....i didn't have my blood test na pala because I have no more fever. The doctor said that my fever was only due to my present cold and cough.

yesterday was really a bad day for me. Because my achi(oldest sister in chinese) got mad at us(me and dichi-an older sister). I can't explain details about this because if she reads this, sure she's gonna be angry again...(if this is detailed).

June 26, joy's birthday-my bestest friend!..haha!....after class...she and I went to her home together. We enjoyed the food and the time we had together!...I also got to spend time with her family.(I missed them!)....close kasi ako sa kanila eh...when we we're still high school students, every afternoon after class, I go to joy's house. haha!..I really miss those days!huhu!.... hmmm, basta..that night(joy's bday!)really made me happy!....even if the time we had was limited...I'm really thankful to God for her special day and for bringing us together again!=)

Last friday, June 29, after my class...me,my sister and ederick,her friend, went to Mall of Asia to watch a movie together. We watched the "Transformers". The movie was so great! It was funny and amusing!...I really had fun that night. We also ate dinner at "El Pollo Locco"....their food tastes good (naman). haha!!=) I really enjoyed the movie!...super! I wanna watch it again!haha!

June 19...one of my happiest day!...actually, it's my sisters bday that day...I'm just really happy because it's a special day for her and all of our family members and relatives got together. So happy!!!..I'm really really happy when me and all of my relatives are together having fun!!=)

a simple memory...

I don't really know how can I be remembered in this lifetime or how can I make difference. But one thing that first came to my mind when I heard of these questions is that..

I wanna make a difference in this lifetime by sharing the gospel of the Lord to those who don't know Him yet. I will make them accept God as their Lord and Savior. And thus, when they do that, It would be the greatest change in their lives, for they will be saved and they will surely have a place in heaven someday.

And with this, I know I will be remembered by those people whom I shared the love of God.

I believe in Jesus' unfailing love and that He will reamin faithful forever even if we're not.

As a daughter, I'll do my best to make them proud of me and I'll love them no matter what.

hmm..time flies. And I can't even imagine that I'm already a college student. It was just like yesterday when I see myself playing in our school playground with little kids who is just like me.- a small little child...that seems to have no idea of his/her future.

Now, time has come that we have to plan and set a goal...we need to plan our future. we need to set our finish line.

There are so many goals that I want to fullfill in this life. But, only time can tell what will happen...

I just hope that...
5 yrs. from now- I'd be working on a good company or I'd be engaging on our family business.

10 yrs. from now, I'd have a better job (maybe a higher position). And I'd be with someone who will love me and never leave me until death..haha!!!....and Lastly,

20 yrs. from now, I'm with my own happy and stable family. (Sana nabili ko na this time ung dream car ko..haha!!)

plans? plans? plans?

tsk!tsk!tsk!...on our PERSEF subject last last monday (June 4), we we're told to list down our talents and weaknesses on a sheet of paper. Actually, I really really don't know where to start. I can't think of what to write!!... so, I just guessed of something I'm good at and I'm bad at. I'm not sure of the things I wrote, but still...I'm happy! because my paper already has something on it. haha!

After listing those things, we we're also tasked to list our "action plans" (which I wanna enumerate now!haha!) in getting rid of our weaknesses. hmmmm...first, I really wanna ask the help of God, I wanna ask Him to guide me (and my blockmates) and to share us the wisdom to learn and to understand all of our lessons. I also wanna ask Him to give us the willingness to learn. Second, I will seek help from my parent and my sisters to encourage me and remind me to study HARD! (for my future!) Third, I will balnce my time. (Explaining that...) I will study FIRST before I do other things like going out or shopping, sleeping, watching, playing, or whatever that isn't really connected with STUDYING. Lastly, I will do my best! (That's my motto!...haha!"Do your best and God will do the rest."- I read that from the Bible but I can't remember the verse...hehe)

haaay! that's my action plans. Hope I can do it!...haha! Goodluck to me! (and also to my blockmates)...=)

june 11, 2007 - thanks to GMA, its a holiday! yahooo!! woke up early in the morning just to do something that my sisters and i have not done for quite some time since school started - shopping! =)

we could not afford to get home late, so we listed the stuffs we planned on buying and agreed to leave the house before lunchtime.

and so it happened, we left the house without taking lunch, however, we reached glorietta at 1pm already.. late, but we were too happy to mind. =) we had lunch at TGIF's, one of our favorite restos.. food arrived super late, as in we ate at around 2pm already! too bad, but still not bad enough to ruin the day (the day we've anticipated for so long, hahaha!)

3pm came, its time to do the shopping! the mall was having a sale - we did not know whether to be happy about it or not. but soon enough, we were able to find out... apparently, the mall was full-packed! sobrang siksikan that its really hard to find a nice pair of jeans or a shirt! this is the very reason why we're not really fond of sales.. and so by now, you must have guessed? yup,we did not have fun and yup, i wasnt able to buy anything - not one thing! (if i was able to buy something then this would not have been a bad day.. haha)

we finished early, 6pm we were already at the carpark, not yet heading for the exit though, instead looking for the parking ticket! we lost it - well, almost, haha.. we found it under the driver's seat (after looking for it for 10 mins!)

7pm. home again.. tired. wasted. our feet hurting. disappointed.

to top it all off, i fell sick that night.. whattttaday!

for the first time in so many weeks, i feel happy. not that i don't feel happy when i'm in school or when i'm out with my family. it's just that i haven't seen my bestfriend, joy in ages! (im exaggerating, hehe..) so it's the kind of happiness a person feels when she's with someone whom she can fool around with, talk about secrets with, and etc etc.. (you know, the bestfriends thing?)

ok.. so here's how it happened. my sister and her friends were planning to watch Ocean's 13 that friday night. I haven't seen the two previous installments, and so, i'm not really interested in watching the third one.. at first i felt i had no choice but to join them since she's picking me up from school and we'll probably head straight to the movie house due to lack of time. but that moment, the brilliant idea struck me and i could not help but take opportunity of the moment.. haha! and so i asked (wait, i think i BEGGED..) my sister to just drop me off at Joy's house before heading for the cinema.. to my delight, she agreed and plus, she bought me food to bring along!!! =)


so there i was, with joy- my bestfriend for so many many years.. (we met in nursery..) we chatted and laughed and sang and danced.. and of course, took a lot of pics.. we hardly noticed that it was already getting very late, not until my sister called to tell me that she's already coming to pick me up. nevertheless, it was really really fun catching up with her. i really missed her stories and jokes.. up till now, i still smile whenever i remember the things we talked about that night. =)

On University Matters:

Happy and contented-I was when I received my letter of acception from De La Salle University-Manila. Out of the four outstanding universities in the Philippines, this is where I dreamt of studying college. And now, I'm in it.

On Study Matters:

I've just started officially my new "life" this week. Fourth day on the job and already, we we're given a short quiz from our most terror professor in computer programming subject. So okay, we all studied super hard for this test. Thankfully, the quiz was a give-away, it was easy. Also because he discussed it first before we had the test. After that, we realized, he's not that kind of a horror. thank the Lord!

On Friend Matters:

Luckiest thing, I had a company. Meaning, I had an old friend in the block. We both came from the same high school. Together, we made friends with other blockmates. God really loves us and blesses us. Not more than a day, we already had new friends that we can be with through out this "new life" we're into.

On Being Active Matters:

Different people, on diferent conversations, told me this week that I should go into more and more extra curricular activities. They once told me: "Being active in college starts best in the frosh years." She told me that because according to her, being an officer in college is so much different than in high school, because now, it's so much of a politics. An officer must have connections to school staffs to make a certain plan on their certain oraganization-successfull. I became somewhat frightened. But, I already set my mind that I would try new things now and I would be brave enough to face things eagerly.

On Professor Matters:

"Lord,Thank You...so much!"- that's what I thought of, when I met all of my professors. Because, they we're all better than the professors in the stories of higher batches of students. "Yes!"

On Food Matters:

Discovery! aha! I just discovered that foods in the school canteen tastes like home. haha! Almost all of them are Filipino foods-home style! But my happiness turned to sadness because the prices are kinda high. Only for a cup of rice and a little bit of "ulam"-it would cost at about 85 pesos, plus, the drinks...maybe almost 110 pesos already. This would really make my pocket empty! But I'm still thankful because I only need to eat at school for 2 days a week..-that's my schedule. Yes! Still the Lord blesses me.


On Other Matters:

"I miss my high school friends!...super! especially my best friends!" I can't see them everyday anymore now. It's so sad. Gratefully, I also had friends who studies at DLSU. So sometimes we all eat together and have our bonding time. I also had the chance to introduce them to my new friends.-we're all so happy together! We have our best times in ouyr U breaks and fridays because during fridays, my class starts late-3:40 in the afternoon. we can have our bonding time early.
My bestfriends will visit me this coming wednesday U break. And I'm so excited to see them! "Does God loves me?"-"YES!!! SO MUCH!!!"
